Where do I start? Let's see... We reached out to quite a few different listings for the heart to fit our needs. The customer service wasn't present and we were receiving different responses and also different things than their listings had displayed. (All a part of God's plan clearly) because we then found Janaea of Asha Creations DMV, and let's just say, FROM THE VERY BEGINNING the communication was thorough, and sincere. She was super responsive. She was flexible. & Honestly, professional would be an understatement. She made sure to not only verbally communicate well, but also in writing as well which left no area for disconnect or miscommunication. She was prompt. She was on time for every call and service itself. We faced the elements during set up, and even in the midst of unfavorable weather, they showed up on time, without excuse and in excellence. They made every effort to assure we were comfortable and our needs were met without any form of compromise. They didn't make a fuss with changes but with genuine smiles, worked with us and let me just say, a time was had! So many strangers approached and took pictures and asked for their socials because it was so beautiful. What I really loved about being able to witness the process is, they even have weighted objects that they utilize to keep the heart in place, but they dress the weights up as well! YES! Literally had flower dressings for the weights to keep the aesthetic! Absolutely LOVED working with them and would recommend them 100 times over! May God bless and flourish your business!
